Schools Workshops

The Centre is pleased to host visits from local schools. We can present a group with objects or archives which relate to their chosen topic. Topics covered with groups have included Ash in Victorian times, Ash during the First World War and Ash during the Second World War. Our volunteers enjoy the opportunity of explaining to the children the story behind some of our fascinating holdings. And we’re delighted if the children arrive in period costume!
